Overview

This website is operated under the trading name Networkwear, which is a trading name of Darts Chester Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website.

Products & Personalisation

All products sold by Networkwear are personalised and made to order, including in-house printing and embroidery such as logos, text, and custom placements.

Before production begins, we will provide an artwork mock-up for approval.
Production will not commence until artwork approval has been received.

Once artwork approval has been confirmed, the order will proceed to production and cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded, except where an item is faulty or incorrect.

Artwork, Logos & Intellectual Property

Any artwork, embroidery files, digitised logos, print files, or setup files created by us remain the property of Darts Chester Limited.

These files are created solely to fulfil the order and are not supplied, sold, or licensed to customers.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or artwork provided and that their use does not infringe the rights of any third party. We accept no liability for copyright or trademark disputes arising from artwork supplied by customers.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving incorrect artwork, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Services.

An order is not considered accepted until artwork approval has been received and production has commenced.

Pricing & VAT

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£)

  • Prices may be viewed inclusive or exclusive of VAT using the VAT toggle

  • Prices may change at any time without notice

  • If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order before processing

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout via Shopify’s secure payment system.

An invoice for company records will be issued upon completion of the order.
Invoices will be issued by Darts Chester Limited.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Because all items are personalised and made to order, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

Use of Our Products

Our products are supplied for legitimate business or personal use only.
Unauthorised resale, misuse, or misrepresentation of our products is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
