Returns & Refunds Policy

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

All of our workwear is personalised and made to order, including in-house printing and embroidery (such as logos, text, and custom placements).

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

Please ensure all details — including sizing, spelling, artwork, and bundle contents — are correct before placing your order.


Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, production begins immediately (including setting up logos and artwork).
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographs where possible

All fault claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.


What Is Considered a Fault

A fault may include:

  • Printing or embroidery errors

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item supplied

A fault does not include:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Spelling or artwork errors provided at checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by washing or misuse


Hygiene & Wear

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn items

  • Washed items

  • Items showing signs of use


Resolutions

Where a fault or error is confirmed, we may offer (at our discretion):

  • A replacement item

  • A partial or full refund

Return arrangements and any return postage for faulty items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


Refunds

Where a refund is agreed:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to display the refund.
